SCRUBINA – Cleaning Service Policy & Agreement

 Thank you for choosing SCRUBINA! To ensure a smooth and reliable experience for all our clients, please review the following service policy and agreement.


1. Booking & Scheduling


  • All bookings must be made through our online platform or by phone.
  • Clients may book one-time or recurring services (weekly, biweekly, or monthly).
  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment without a fee.
     

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling


  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $25 late cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or missed appointments due to denied access may be charged 50% of the service fee.
     

3. Pricing & Payments


  • Prices are based on the services and options selected at the time of booking.
  • Additional charges may apply if the condition or size of the space differs from what was initially selected.
  • All payments are processed securely online at the time of booking or service confirmation.
  • We accept all major credit/debit cards. No cash payments are accepted.
     

4. Access to Your Property


  • Clients must ensure access to the property at the time of service (e.g., someone is home, a key is provided, or door code is shared in advance). 
  • We are not responsible for cleaning delays caused by locked doors or restricted entry.
     

5. Our Cleaners


  • All cleaners are background-checked, interviewed in person, and trained professionals.
  • We strive to send the same team for recurring appointments when possible.
  • We are a pet-friendly company. Please inform us of pets in the home during booking.
     

6. Eco-Friendly & Non-Toxic Options


  • Clients may request eco-friendly or non-toxic cleaning products during booking. 
  • Please let us know of any allergies or sensitivities so we can accommodate your needs.
     

7. Service Limitations


  • Our cleaners do not lift or move heavy furniture, clean high/restricted areas, or handle hazardous materials.
  • We do not clean up after pest infestations, bodily fluids, or mold unless previously agreed upon.
     

8. Satisfaction Guarantee


  • If you’re not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment.
  • We will return to re-clean the areas of concern at no extra charge.
     

9. Liability


  • While we treat your home with the utmost care, we are not responsible for damage due to improperly secured items (e.g., picture frames, fixtures) or pre-existing conditions. 
  • Please secure valuables, breakables, and sensitive items before service.
